Senior Sales Operations Representative role responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers including analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training, and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. Our office is located at 3100 SW 145th Ave, Miramar, FL 33027. Employees will be required to work some days onsite and some days from home.

Primary Responsibilities:

PROVIDER DATA MANAGEMENT (Sales function)

  • Participates in the development and maintenance of provider management database
  • Matches and assigns field sales agent to physician based of market data analysis
  • Provides continuous information updates to accommodate market demands
  • Develops efficient lines of communications with health plan partners (NMS, Marketing, Business Development)
  • Contributes and participates at monthly business development committee to represent sales department
  • Contributes and assists with provider marketing initiatives
    • Measures monthly results (ROI) and provides data to health plan and key provider partners as a results of ongoing market strategies
    • Measures (ROI) on provider marketing investments

MARKET DEVELOPMENT PREDICTION (Sales function)

  • Develop, analyze, research, translate, and execute strategies or functions/operations into objectives for the assigned territories
  • Provides ongoing technical and analytic coaching/training for the sales managers team to assist with sales strategies and implementation based of market findings

OPERATIONS (Market specific)

  • As a member of the field leadership team will also be a liaison to the sales directors in improving overall understanding of market strategy
  • Participates and contributes to operational plans to address current and future business needs
  • Monitors monthly financial summary
  • Assists leadership team with assignment of sales goals through market research trends and data analyses
  • Provides specific market reports
  • Contributes and assists with market events
  • Assist with employee onboarding
  • Order giveaway materials to support agents in the market as well as marketing material to support field sales
  • Manages several projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of sales operations experience in the healthcare, insurance, or financial services industry
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with operational acumen and ability to manage projects and deliver results
  • Experience handling or working with confidential or company sensitive data
  • Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets) as well as Social Media tools
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
  • Experience working with multiple system platforms
  • Knowledge of insurance industry, compliance, licensing or claims experience
  • Knowledge of GPS, iLead, MIRA, ODM, ICM, SMRT, PCL, ImageRight, OnBase, and Learning Lab
  • Experience working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Guidelines
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, auditing or second level review experience
  • Experience working with Medicare and Retirement (M&R) plans, summaries of benefits and explanation of coverage as it relates to M&R insurance plans

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Reside within commutable distance to Miramar, FL
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
